Information you provide
When you request a quote, we receive the contact and event details you choose to submit, such as your name, email, phone number, date, venue and message. We use these details to answer your request, check availability, prepare a quote and coordinate your event.
Services that process information
Our quote form is provided by Check Cherry. Information submitted through it is processed and stored through that service so we can manage inquiries. Our website host and service providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure their services. See Check Cherry’s privacy information.
Browser storage and tracking
The design gallery saves your selected design in this browser so you can return to it. Use “Clear selection” in the gallery or your browser’s storage controls to remove it. The event planner calculates your selections in your browser; you send them to us only by submitting the quote form or contacting us. If you choose “Accept analytics,” Google Analytics measures page visits, referral sources, clicks to request a quote or contact us, and successful quote submissions. We send event labels, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text or event-plan details. We remove URL query strings from the page information we send. Google processes technical information as part of delivering Analytics. We have not enabled advertising personalization or Google signals. If you decline, our Analytics tag does not load. Embedded providers such as Check Cherry may still use storage required for their services.
Your analytics choice
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to accept or decline analytics at any time. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. Declining stops our analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies set for this site; it does not erase data already collected. You can also clear browser storage. See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s processing.
Use and retention
We do not sell inquiry information or add you to a marketing list merely because you request a quote. We use service providers to operate our website and manage requests. We retain information as needed for inquiries, events, business records and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained.
Event photographs
This website’s inquiry form does not upload event photographs. Photo delivery and any permission for promotional use are addressed separately for your event.
